Threshold- This item is taken inside your first doorway and placed there.
White-glove- item is taken in your residence, removed from the packaging and placed where you choose, and trash and debris removed, assemble if required.
NOTE: AMAZON ORDERS DO NOT GET ASSEMBLED
If your package is oversized, or will not fit through your door, you will be asked to sign a waiver, for the team to bring it in.
Your order is received at our warehouse, then scheduled for delivery. Upon the day of delivery it is loaded on a truck and heads out to be delivered.
A team of 2 men will deliver the item, give a 30 minute pre call, perform any assembly required if the order calls for it.
Within the next 2 weeks you the customer will be able to click on a link and automatically see where your package is, in real time. All appointments have a 4 hour window, due to an endless list of possibilities that can arise in the course of a day, we do not do set appointments. That window is your time, and at times it is even hard to get that window. But to retain the high service rate our manufacturers require we do pretty well. When and if something happens we can assure you all 75 years of experience will be working to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
What is white glove delivery service?
It is when you order an item from a retailer that is large and the deliverer brings it in your home, sets it up, and removes any and all debris after completion.
What are some of the items you deliver?
We deliver many items such as mattresses, exercise equipment, chair, couches, love seats, and patio furniture, grills etc.
What happens when my item comes into your warehouse?
When your items hits our warehouse floor, we check it in, then Danelle, Naomi, or Melissa get on the phone and start scheduling routes., and contacting you the customer to get it delivered as soon as possible.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
Contact your place of purchase and inform them the item is damaged. Then decide if you are going to accept it or refuse it due to damage, this is up to you the customer. Note: JC Penny, 1stopbedroom, and purchasing power are going to tell you to accept the item and they will then send you a new one. Make a note on you POD from the driver.
