Terry founded Norris Freight Service with a simple belief: the last mile should be handled with care, accountability, and respect for both the customer and the shipment. His leadership is rooted in real-world operations—not boardrooms—ensuring every delivery reflects the standards he holds himself to.

That foundation was built over a lifetime spent learning the business firsthand, working alongside his father, who served as an exclusive hauler for NAPA for 32 years. The discipline, consistency, and pride instilled through that experience continue to shape the values of Norris Freight Service today.

As Terry begins a thoughtful and measured transition, he is passing that legacy forward—supporting his son Grant as he steps up to meet the evolving demands of modern logistics. Grant leads the introduction of Swamp Fox 3PL & White Glove, a separate, specialized operation designed to elevate fulfillment, coordination, and high-touch delivery services in response to today’s supply chain challenges.

Together, Terry and Grant proudly credit the generations before them, carrying forward a family tradition built on trust, accountability, and doing the job right. While Norris Freight Service and Swamp Fox 3PL & White Glove operate independently, they share a common heritage—one that continues to define their commitment to service

Danny an account representative ensures problems are handled, oversees the ELD dept of our organization. Our drivers operate within the Realm of the D.O.T., so Danny knowing where each piece of equipment is vital in scheduling our appointments to maximize our equipment.
